One of the most critical pieces to our training philosophy, is our signature Active Dynamic Warm-Up (ADW). Most athletes confuse slow, static stretching as a warm-up and that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Our ADW focuses on specific exercises using dynamic movements to promote an increase in core temperature and blood flow. When used consistently, athletes will see an increase in all aspects of performance: speed, strength and agility.
