OUR NEXT 12 WEEK OFF-SEASON FOOTBALL PROGRAM

BEGINS DEC 8TH, 2025

12-Week Off-Season Football Program:Small-group training tailored for incoming Freshmen and High-School-aged Football athletes, designed to prepare them for Summer Camp and future combine tests

Over the course of 12 weeks, participants will learn safe and effective Olympic lifting techniques in a collegiate-style weight room, gain insight into the three types of speed (acceleration, max speed, and multi-directional), and utilize cutting-edge technology tools (like Vald, Ohm Run, and Output) to measure and improve speed and power.

Our periodized approach also integrates Train Heroic software to track progress, specific strength development for more explosive movements, and injury mitigation strategies that address individual imbalances.

By the end of the program, athletes will be fully primed for the demands of summer workouts and prepared for all major combine drills, including the 40-yard dash, 5-10-5 shuttle, and broad and vertical jumps.
