One-on-one private training is an individualized training program tailored specifically for you, to help achieve your desired results. Private training is encouraged if you have injuries, specific goals, or need to learn your way around gym equipment or formulate workouts.
Small Group Training (2-4 clients sharing a session) is a smart way to achieve the results you want by sharing your session with a group of 2-4 people. Your workouts will be more consistent and more efficient than they would be on your own. It is recommended that all participants take a minimum of four private training sessions (one-on-one) before beginning small group training.
