PRIVATE TRAINING - P.E.A.K.
Private & Semi-Private Performance Training
Private and Semi-Private training at Parisi Speed School San Diego provides athletes with a highly customized training experience designed to accelerate results and address specific performance goals.

Every athlete’s program is built around a detailed needs analysis that considers multiple factors including sport demands, position requirements, chronological age, training age, and health history. This allows our coaching staff to design training programs that develop the physical qualities most important for athletic success — including speed, strength, power, coordination, and durability.

Our coaches also evaluate movement quality, strength capacity, and speed mechanics to ensure that athletes are progressing safely and efficiently while minimizing injury risk.

Training sessions may incorporate advanced performance tools and technology available in our facility such as Keiser pneumatic resistance equipment, VertiMax jump training systems, Proteus Motion rotational strength analysis, Output Sports performance tracking, and specialized sprint timing systems. These tools help our coaches measure progress and ensure training is targeted and effective.

Private Training (1-on-1)
Private training provides the highest level of customization and coaching attention. This option is ideal for athletes who:
-
Have specific performance goals
-
Are returning from injury or managing orthopedic considerations
-
Need individualized strength or speed development
-
Want focused coaching to refine technique and movement mechanics
Programs are continuously adjusted based on progress, ensuring each athlete receives the exact training stimulus needed to continue improving.

Semi-Private Training (2 – 5 Athletes)
Semi-private training offers the benefits of individualized programming while training alongside a small group of athletes.

Each athlete follows their own customized program, while sharing the training environment with 2–4 athletes. This format allows for high-level coaching, structured progression, and a motivating training environment while maintaining program personalization.

Athletes typically begin with private training sessions to establish movement competency, review their program, and ensure proper technique before transitioning into semi-private sessions.
