ONLINE CLASS SCHEDULE

The Parisi Youth Sports Training System is our proprietary methodology that has proven results in building speed, strength, power, flexibility, and confidence for youth from ages 7+ and beyond. The following programming is available: Jump Start, Total Performance, PEAK Training, and Private Training. Given current measures, we are now providing online classes through scheduled zoom sessions. As a member you will be given a link that will give you full access to all of our classes and have the ability to join our live classes with immediate coaching. All of our coaches have been trained to make your athlete better, faster and stronger in person or online. We build athletes in a positive training environment that empowers, educates, and inspires. We offer training sessions Monday through Saturday. The first step would be to call us for a 30 minute strategy setting and member contact session, from there we will direct you to the class that best suits your athlete's need.
