CLASS SCHEDULE

The Parisi Youth Sports Training System is our proprietary methodology that has proven results in building speed, strength, power, flexibility, and confidence for youth from ages 7+ and beyond. The following programming is available: Jump Start, Total Performance, PEAK Training, and Private Training. We build athletes in a positive training environment that empowers, educates, and inspires. We offer training sessions Monday through Saturday. The first step into our program is a Performance Evaluation. Schedule yours today.
